Service Description

AAA Estimating provides construction takeoff and estimating services for bidding purposes. We provide construction management and scheduling services as well. All estimates and takeoffs produced by AAA Estimating are intended solely to assist clients in preparing bids.

Accuracy and Limitations

AAA Estimating uses professional estimating software, industry standard pricing databases and experienced trade estimators to deliver accurate results. However, estimates are based on the information provided by the client and current market conditions at the time of preparation. AAA Estimating does not guarantee that estimates will exactly match final construction costs and market fluctuations may affect actual costs.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing complete and accurate project plans, drawings and specifications
  • Reviewing all estimates for accuracy before submitting bids
  • Notifying AAA Estimating of any incomplete or incorrect information in submitted documents
  • Using estimates in compliance with applicable laws and bidding regulations

Payment Terms

Payment is required before delivery of estimates. We accept major credit cards, transfers and PayPal. All fees are non refundable once work has commenced, except as outlined in Section 5.

Revisions and Refunds

One free revision is included if the project scope remains unchanged after delivery. Revisions due to changes in scope will be quoted separately. Refunds are considered only in cases where AAA Estimating has failed to deliver within the agreed timeframe and no estimate has been provided. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of the original delivery date.

Confidentiality

AAA Estimating treats all client project documents, plans and estimates as strictly confidential. We will not disclose, share or sell any client information or project data to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All estimates, takeoffs and deliverables produced by AAA Estimating are the property of the client upon full payment. AAA Estimating retains the right to use anonymized project data for internal quality improvement and business analytics purposes.

Limitation of Liability

AAA Estimating’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for lost bids, lost contracts, project delays or consequential damages resulting from the use of our estimates.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration in the state where AAA Estimating is registered.

Changes to Terms

AAA Estimating reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
