A construction takeoff is the process of measuring and quantifying all materials needed for a project based on the construction drawings and specifications. It lists every item from cubic yards of concrete to linear feet of conduit so you know exactly what you need to price.
A construction estimate takes the quantities from a takeoff and assigns current labor and material costs to each item. The result is a detailed cost breakdown you can use to prepare your bid.
We cover all major construction trades, including: concrete, masonry, structural steel, lumber and framing, drywall and insulation, roofing, flooring, painting, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), sitework, landscaping, HVAC and more.
Our scope is takeoffs and estimates only. But we also with bid submissions, project management or scheduling. Our deliverables are designed to support your bidding process, what you do with them from there is up to you.

Submitting Plans & Getting Started
Visit our website and use the project submission form. You can upload PDF plans, CAD files, or any standard format. Include your project scope, trade requirements and bid deadline so we can assign the right estimator immediately.
We need your project drawings, specifications (if available), the trade scope you need estimated, and your bid due date. The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurate your estimate will be.
Yes. We can work with schematic designs and preliminary drawings to provide concept-level estimates. We will clearly note any assumptions made due to incomplete information.
Turnaround & Delivery
Standard turnaround is 8 to 24 hours for most projects. Large or complex multi-trade projects may require more time. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee, just notify us of your bid date when you submit.
All estimates are delivered in Excel spreadsheet format for easy editing and PDF format for client-ready presentation. Deliverables are clearly organized by trade, CSI division, and cost category.
Yes. One free revision is included with every estimate if the project scope has not changed after delivery. Changes to scope may require a revised quote.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing depends on the size and complexity of the project. Small projects start at $199. Large commercial and industrial projects are custom-quoted. Visit our Pricing page for a full breakdown.
We accept all major credit cards or through our online payment options. Payment is collected before project delivery.
Confidentiality
Absolutely. All project documents, plans, and estimates are handled with strict confidentiality. We do not share your data with third parties under any circumstances. NDAs are available upon request.
