All takeoffs and estimates provided by AAA Estimating are prepared using current industry software, trade expertise and pricing databases at time of preparation. While we take every measure to ensure accuracy, estimates are projections based on information provided by client and prevailing market conditions. No Construction Advice Disclaimer
Nothing in our estimates, takeoffs or any communication from AAA Estimating should be construed as construction advice, engineering guidance, architectural recommendations or project management direction. Clients should always consult licensed professionals for technical construction decisions.
Third Party Software and Pricing Data
AAA Estimating uses third party software platforms and pricing databases including RSMeans and similar industry tools. While these tools are industry standard, AAA Estimating makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of third party data and is not responsible for errors originating from such sources.
No Guarantee of Bid Success
The use of AAA Estimating’s services does not guarantee that a client will win any particular bid or contract. Bid success depends on many factors outside our control including competitor pricing, owner preferences, bonding requirements and scope alignment.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAA Estimating shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our estimates or takeoffs, including but not limited to lost bids, lost profits or project delays.
