“Accurate, Fast and Easy to Work With”
We have been using AAA Estimating for 14 months. They handle all of our electrical and plumbing takeoffs. The estimates are always on point and delivered before our deadline. We have won 9 out of the last 12 bids where we used their numbers. That speaks for itself.

“Finally, an Estimating Team that Gets It”
I was tired of paying for estimates that came back vague or loaded with errors. AAA Estimating gives me clean, organized spreadsheets broken down by trade and section. I can hand it straight to my PM or use it to build my bid. No cleanup required.

“Rush Delivery Saved Our Bid”
We had 36 hours to submit a bid on a $2.3M commercial project. I called AAA Estimating and they turned around a complete multi trade estimate in under 24 hours. We submitted on time and won the contract. These guys are serious professionals.

“Worth Every Penny”
I was hesitant about outsourcing estimating because I thought nobody would know my local market. AAA Estimating surprised me, their pricing was based on current local material costs and labor rates in my area. The estimate was accurate and the bid was competitive.

“We Use AAA Estimating on Every Project Now.”
As a small subcontracting firm, we cannot afford a full time in house estimator. AAA Estimating is our estimating department. Affordable, reliable and they know their stuff across all the trades we work in. We would not bid without them.

“Cut Our Bidding Time in Half.”
Before AAA Estimating, our team spent 3 to 4 days putting together a single estimate. Now we get it done in less than 20 hours and our guys can focus on what they are good at building. Our bidding volume has doubled this year.
