Estimating Support Coordinator

This administrative and coordination role supports our estimating team by managing client submissions, tracking project status, coordinating deliverables and handling client communications.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with project management tools and email platforms
  • Background in construction administration a plus but not required

Senior Estimator, All Trades

Senior Estimators manage complex multi trade projects and review estimates prepared by junior team members. This is a leadership role that requires depth of knowledge across multiple CSI divisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Construction Estimating Experience
  • Multi Trade Estimating Capability
  • Experience with Rs Means and Market Pricing Databases
  • Ability to Review And QC estimates Prepared by Others
  • Strong Client Communication Skills

Construction Estimator, Full Time or Part Time

We are always looking for experienced estimators across all trades including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, interiors and sitework. You will review construction drawings and specifications, prepare detailed material and labor quantity takeoffs and deliver clean, bid ready estimates to clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong Attention to Detail and Ability to Meet Tight Deadlines
  • Excellent Written Communication Skills
  • Proficiency with Plan Swift, Bluebeam or Similar Takeoff Software
  • Understanding of CSI Divisions and Construction Cost Structures
  • Minimum 2 Years of Construction Estimating Experience in Any Trade
