AAA Estimating is a team of certified construction takeoff professionals located across the United States. Our estimators hold credentials from the most respected estimating and quantity surveying bodies in the world including AACE International, the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS).

Our Story

AAA Estimating was founded by a construction industry professional, Austin Walker, who had witnessed firsthand how many capable, skilled contractors were losing bids not because of inferior workmanship but because of inaccurate estimates, late submissions or the sheer cost of maintaining an in house estimating team. The solution was clear: build a dedicated, certified estimating firm that contractors could access on demand, at a fair price, with a turnaround time that matched the pace of real bidding cycles.

That vision became AAA Estimating and today we serve hundreds of contractors, subcontractors, developers, architects and engineers across all 50 states.
